Customer Account Executive/Stock Controller

As the Customer Account Executive / Stock Controller you will serve to manage a portfolio of customers, whilst supported by an experienced Account Manager. The role is to includes key functional responsibility to manage asset base in relation to stock management. You will be the main point of contact for day-to-day customer queries and will be responsible for Customer relationship development - building customer knowledge and drive retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organise, prepare and delivery customer contract renewal meetings.
  • Prepare and communicate price increases (typically annual).
  • Communicate and educate customers to instil Swiss Camplings disciplines. 
  • Carry out desktop analysis to identify stock management anomalies.
  • Act on feedback from Driver debrief process.
  • Carry out customer stock visits.
  • Educating Customers on stock control procedures.
  • Build customer relationship to ensure account retention/renewals.
  • Carry out administration from stock adjustments.
  • Work with Customer Services and Finance to ensure payments/debt control is maintained.
  • Identify new prospective customers
  • Seek to build product range for existing customers

The role is full time Monday to Friday 8.00 -4.30pm

Paying up to £27,000

To be considered for this role the skills and experience required:

  • Account management/stock control management.
  • Working across a multisite customer base.
